Greenleaf has worked with Wendy’s on restaurant renovation and modernization projects across Louisiana and Texas, supporting both corporate and franchise locations as the brand has continued to update its restaurant standards.
Each project requires the national Wendy’s design requirements to be adapted to an existing building, site, and individual operator. Greenleaf coordinates exterior architecture, interior layouts, materials, branding elements, and building systems to bring older restaurants into alignment with current standards while addressing the practical conditions unique to each location.
Because the work occurs across multiple existing restaurants rather than a single prototype building, field conditions, site constraints, existing construction, and franchise needs vary from project to project. Greenleaf uses the established brand program as a consistent framework while developing solutions appropriate to each individual property.
The ongoing work demonstrates how a national restaurant identity can be maintained across multiple locations while allowing renovations to respond to existing conditions, operational requirements, and the needs of both corporate and franchise ownership.
