Continued growth at Northshore Plastic Surgery created the need to expand its Mandeville practice to accommodate increasing demand for aesthetic services, improve surgical patient flow, and provide additional space for administrative functions. Greenleaf worked with board-certified plastic surgeons Dr. Boudreaux and Dr. Claiborne to expand several distinct areas of the practice while maintaining the detailed, hospitality-focused character of the existing facility.
The spa expansion includes an enhanced waiting area, six additional treatment rooms, and a dedicated service area for Botox and filler procedures. These improvements increase capacity for the practice's growing non-surgical services while maintaining a comfortable environment for patients.
The pre-op expansion addresses a different patient experience. Two new pre-op bays provide additional space for surgical preparation, while a dedicated waiting area gives the families of surgical patients a separate place to remain during procedures. The revised layout also creates a more private route into the surgical area, limiting unnecessary interaction between surgical patients and other portions of the practice. Additional office space expands administrative capacity and supports the staff required to operate the growing practice.
Together, the improvements allow Northshore Plastic Surgery to accommodate greater patient volume while better organizing the different functions that occur within a single location, including spa services, surgical preparation, family waiting, administrative work, and patient care.
