The entrance and lobby of the iconic 1555 Poydras Tower in New Orleans are set to undergo a much-anticipated modernization, marking the first significant renovation since 1995. Nearly 30 years later, this Class-A high-rise office building is ready to realize its full potential with a reimagined arrival experience that reflects both elegance and functionality.
While the existing space lacked the amenities, seating, and lighting expected of a premier office environment, Greenleaf proposed thoughtful, cost-effective solutions that respect the building’s existing architectural character. Drawing on our successful approach at the Pan-American Life Center, we strategically preserved key finishes while introducing fresh, contemporary elements that elevate the space.
The design effort was carefully focused on areas that directly impact tenants and guests, maximizing the value of the investment. Throughout the process, close collaboration with the client ensured that every requirement was addressed and fully integrated into the design. The result is a revitalized lobby experience that enhances daily commutes, supports mid-day dining, and welcomes game-day excitement with ease.
