Rob brings a wealth of expertise to the Greenleaf team, boasting an impressive 12-year background in maritime project management, finance, and asset preservation. Armed with an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Rob's passion lies in financial processes, analytics, and corporate planning—a trifecta aimed at propelling company growth. His excitement to leverage his experience in optimizing project financial performance is a testament to his dedication to excellence. Beyond the world of numbers, Rob finds joy outdoors, indulging in the restoration of antique cars or embarking on travel adventures.
JOEL EDWARDS, NCARB

Joel, recently returning to his home state from Houston, TX, not only brings a diverse background in automotive and brand-centered projects but also the valuable accomplishment of obtaining his architecture license. Having successfully completed the licensing process, Joel adds a new dimension to Greenleaf with his officially recognized expertise. An avid enthusiast of building details, fishing, breakfast tacos, and coffee, Joel's multifaceted skills and achievements further enhance our team's capabilities. Joel's attention to design and newfound architect status promise to be instrumental in the continued growth and success of Greenleaf.
OTTO DINKELACKER, NCARB
ARCHITECT
With over 15 years of broad and dynamic architectural experience, Otto Dinkelacker is a licensed architect whose work spans the Gulf Coast and includes international projects in Australia. A graduate of Tulane University with a Master of Architecture, Otto brings a deep passion for design that extends beyond his role at Greenleaf. He also leads his own residential architecture firm, driven by a commitment to thoughtful, client-centered design. Otto is deeply rooted in his community, currently serving as Chairman of the Historic Commission in Abita Springs, where he champions preservation and cultural heritage. His talents also extend into art direction and set design for film and television, contributing to major productions for Disney, CBS, Hulu, and Warner Bros.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Sarah is a seasoned designer with over 5 years of expertise in the dynamic New Orleans market and 6 years of expertise on the Northshore. A proud graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, Sarah is a versatile creative force, demonstrating proficiency in building design, interior design, and graphic design without boundaries. She brings a wealth of experience and a passion for pushing the limits of design innovation. She has also developed a strong niche in retail and restaurant design, bringing a thoughtful understanding of brand, customer experience, and operational flow to each project. Her ability to translate a client’s vision into spaces that are both highly functional and visually impactful makes her an invaluable part of the design process.

Lindsey is a native of Covington and attended Archbishop Hannan High School, where she played softball and contributed to the Miracle League and Lindsey’s Hits for Kids. Continuing her softball career at Millsaps College, she earned a BBA in Accounting in 2021. Lindsey then pursued a Master of Architecture at LSU, graduating in 2024. Her diverse skills include digital arts and graphic design, and she has experience as a graduate research assistant and government publicist for the LSU Coastal Ecosystem Design Studio. In this role, she worked with FEMA, OCD, the US Army Corps of Engineers, LA Sea Grant, and local municipalities on sustainability, resilience, restoration, and water-related issues. Passionate about the outdoors, she enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with family and friends, and traveling to places where she can find beaches, woods, or mountains.
MADDY CAPPY BAKER

Maddy joined Greenleaf after graduating from LSU in 2023 and is currently on the path toward architectural licensure. She brings strong enthusiasm for expanding her architectural knowledge within an innovative commercial design environment and is eager to contribute to projects across a variety of sectors. During her academic career, Maddy studied abroad in Paris for a semester, where she gained valuable global design perspective and exposure to historic and contemporary architectural approaches. She brings that broader lens into her work, contributing fresh ideas and thoughtful design solutions to project teams. Maddy is committed to continuously expanding her understanding of building materials, construction methods, and evolving design trends, making her a strong and growing asset to the Greenleaf team.

Tyler brings a strong passion for elevating user experiences by thoughtfully solving unique project challenges. He joined Greenleaf with a diverse background in medical, higher education, and commercial projects throughout the New Orleans region, giving him a well rounded understanding of complex project types and client needs. His previous project experience provides a strong foundation as he continues to expand his technical knowledge and design skills within the Greenleaf team. Tyler is known for his collaborative approach and commitment to delivering thoughtful, high quality project solutions. He is currently on track toward architectural licensure and continues to grow his expertise through hands on project experience across multiple sectors.

Melissa, our Office Administrator and Event Coordinator, brings enthusiasm to her role in the area she calls home. She is the welcoming face at the door, efficiently managing day-to-day schedules and strategically fostering community involvement. With deep local pride as a proud alumna of SSA and LSU, Melissa assists with the SSA JV and Varsity basketball teams and serves on the Habitat for Humanity Women's Build Board. When she’s not working or volunteering, Melissa enjoys reading, traveling, live music, and most of all, watching her son, Brady, on the football field and basketball court - Go Wolves! Her multifaceted contributions and upbeat mindset make her an invaluable asset to our growing team.
MISSI MOORE
MARKETING + MULTIMEDIA COORDINATOR
A Northshore native, Missi brings a dynamic blend of marketing, design, and strategic communication to the team. She holds a Master’s in Strategic Communication and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Marketing, both from Southeastern Louisiana University. Her expertise spans brand development, advertising, and visual storytelling, making her a go-to for elevating project narratives and public presence. Missi’s passion for community engagement led her to found the Graphic Design Student Association at SLU in the wake of COVID-19, creating a platform for student collaboration and nonprofit outreach in Tangipahoa Parish. Whether building brands or crafting campaigns, she approaches every project with creativity and purpose. Outside the office, Missi explores her love of creativity through cooking, pottery, and painting.
