Ringing in the 2021 New Year, Desi Vega’s Steakhouse joined the Northshore in Covington as a staple for pairing celebrations and fine
dining to create the ultimate event and nightlife experience. Greenleaf Architects worked closely with Shane Songy, Shawn Breaud, and Desi Vega to bring this vision to life through renovations throughout the space. An elevated bar, a private dining Sinatra Room, and more set the scene for visitors of this Northshore staple.
