Desi Vega’s Steakhouse expanded to the Northshore in 2021 with a new Covington location designed to bring the restaurant’s established dining experience into a refreshed setting. Greenleaf worked closely with Shane Songy, Shawn Breaud, and Desi Vega on the renovation, helping transform the existing space through architectural improvements and finish selections that support both the restaurant’s fine dining atmosphere and day-to-day operations.
The completed restaurant includes an elevated bar, the intimate Sinatra Room for private dining, and a series of dining spaces unified through warm lighting, coordinated materials, and refined detailing. The renovation gave Desi Vega’s Steakhouse a distinct Northshore location while maintaining the character and hospitality associated with the brand.
