REPEAT CLIENT: TEAM TITLE
Team Title, a full-service title agency composed of attorneys and professionals, started in 2004. Since then, they have been a part of helping thousands of customers purchase and/or refinance their homes. After the March and August floods of 2016, Team Title expanded its services to help affected homeowners and as a result, has seen a growth in their business. While trying to expand their locations in both Louisiana and Mississippi, as well as update their existing offices, the owner felt it was time to bring Greenleaf Architects on board. The locations needed to have a new, innovative perspective on the workspace and needed to bring a new look to Team Title.
To create a fresh, new perspective on the office workplace, Greenleaf needed to bring new design elements. The upcoming office buildings will now have a mixture of conventional construction as well as modular construction throughout (DIRTT). The modular construction will give the company the opportunity of reconfiguring the floor plan as the company changes and grows. The offices will have more collaborative spaces, large conference rooms, as well as a new inviting reception area equipped with a coffee bar. Greenleaf also wanted to take the opportunity to create consistency with its branding across all offices. This meant finding new finishes, updating branding, and incorporating the scheme throughout the new offices, as well as bringing those new finishes into their existing offices.
