An efficient space planning exercise by Greenleafβs design team resulted in a floor plan that met all criteria required by not only the restrictive codes but also by the users. Each department was able to review and approve the layout, sightlines, security access, and daily function. With the help of the general contractor, Kent Design Build, the project was completed on schedule and under budget. The original Owner-provided budget was $1.5 Million. The contract amount ended at $1.38 Million with a Change Order percentage of only 1.16%. Both Greenleaf Architects and Kent Design Build are proud of those statistics and look forward to showcasing those abilities on future projects.
