After 144 years on Carroll Street in Old Mandeville, Mandeville Bible Church purchased a new 6.25-acre property with enough room to support the congregation's long-term needs and future growth. Greenleaf worked closely with the church to develop a master plan for the new campus, beginning with a feasibility study and overall site plan. Two-dimensional planning, three-dimensional visualization, and rendered video were used throughout the process to help church leadership and the congregation understand the proposed campus and communicate the vision for its future.
The master plan establishes a long-term framework for developing the property as funding becomes available, allowing future facilities and site improvements to be implemented in phases while remaining part of one coordinated campus vision. The project is currently on hold as Mandeville Bible Church continues fundraising for future construction.
