Woodhouse Day Spa expanded to Mandeville with a new location designed around the wellness brand's established standards while responding to the specific needs of the Northshore market. Greenleaf worked closely with the ownership team, Woodhouse corporate, and Kent Design Build to coordinate brand requirements, operational layouts, materials, lighting, and specialty treatment spaces within one cohesive facility. The spa includes an infrared sauna, salt therapy room, multiple massage suites, and dedicated treatment areas, each planned around privacy, staff workflow, and the guest experience.
Warm earth tones, natural textures, and soft lighting reinforce the quiet atmosphere associated with the Woodhouse brand while helping create clear transitions between arrival, relaxation, and treatment spaces. The completed Mandeville location gives Woodhouse a Northshore facility that maintains the consistency of its national brand while adapting the program and experience to a new market.
