Located near the Town Square in Covington's TerraBella Village, the 4,410-square-foot ground-up office was developed for Tyler Gugliuzza, a Certified Financial Planner with Edward Jones. Tyler sought a more centralized location that could better support his growing team and clientele while providing additional flexibility beyond the immediate needs of his practice.
Greenleaf worked closely with Tyler throughout the design process, using three-dimensional visualization to communicate decisions from space planning through finishes and help the client understand the building before construction.
The project responds to TerraBella's increasingly urban commercial core with a resimercial approach that combines the functionality of a professional workplace with the scale, materials, and warmth associated with the surrounding development. In addition to the client's office program, approximately 1,700 square feet of leasable space on the second floor provides room for another tenant and adds long-term flexibility to the building.
