The Reminding Coffee + Creative House transformed an existing 1,300-square-foot commercial space in TerraBella Village into a compact café and creative gathering place designed around coffee, food, community programming, and content creation. Greenleaf provided architectural services for the renovation and assisted with interior finish selections, working with the ownership team to organize a wide range of uses within the relatively small footprint.
The Reminding proudly serves small-batch roasted craft coffee, fresh-baked goods, thoughtfully prepared breakfast and brunch offerings, and scoops of Flying Dolly ice cream, with each item carefully sourced and crafted. What truly sets the space apart, however, is its commitment to connection and creativity. From cozy kid-friendly corners and curated retail experiences to an industry-grade studio designed for podcasting, live music, and content creation, the program was developed to support both everyday café use and a broader range of community activity.
Careful planning allows these different functions to coexist without overwhelming the space. The café can operate as an everyday place for coffee, meals, and informal gathering while also supporting songwriter nights, recordings, creative programming, and other community events.
The completed renovation gives The Reminding a flexible home within TerraBella's Town Square that can shift between daily café operations and a broader range of creative and community uses.
