LOCATION: NEW IBERIA, LA
Called upon to design New Iberia Retail Center, Greenleaf Architects provided services to not only work within a tight deadline, but coordinated with potential tenants on space modifications as needed throughout this retail center shell. To be utilized by up to four tenants, Greenleaf ultimately designed layouts with adaptable utilities to accommodate a broad range of occupants; in addition to providing exterior renderings to visually showcase exterior façade signage, applied materials, and exhibit overall views of this new shopping center. Reaching shell completion, these spaces are ready for their tenants!
