Seven Oak Square is a 4.8-acre master-planned commercial development in Mandeville designed to bring a variety of businesses together within one coordinated, pedestrian-friendly environment. The plan organizes seven buildings around shared circulation and gathering spaces so visitors can move conveniently between businesses without returning to their cars between stops.
Greenleaf developed the overall master plan and site organization to balance visibility, access, parking, pedestrian circulation, and long-term marketability. Rather than designing the development around a single tenant type, the buildings were planned with enough flexibility to accommodate a variety of commercial uses as opportunities arise, allowing the property to evolve over time without losing the overall character established by the master plan.
Greenleaf's involvement has continued beyond the master plan through architectural and interior design services for the two buildings constructed to date, The Woodhouse Day Spa and Paradigm Health System. Each tenant was designed around its own operational and customer needs while remaining part of the larger architectural language and site strategy established for Seven Oak Square.
The flexibility of the master plan has also allowed existing tenants to consider future growth within the development. As Paradigm Health System's services expanded, Greenleaf developed concepts for an additional surgery center and two medical office buildings within Seven Oak Square. Three-dimensional studies and renderings were used to evaluate building placement, scale, patient arrival, circulation, and overall campus organization. Those future phases remain planned for construction when the timing is right for the client.
Seven Oak Square continues to develop incrementally, with each completed building contributing to a larger commercial environment planned from the beginning for convenience, adaptability, and long-term growth.
