Located along the Highway 190 commercial corridor in Covington, this completed development for Lavigne Development Group was designed to provide flexible commercial space in one of the Northshore's most active retail areas. Greenleaf provided architectural services for the building shell, developing the project to accommodate a range of future tenant needs without requiring the base building to be designed around a single use. The shell establishes the overall architectural character, storefront organization, and building framework while preserving flexibility for individual tenant build-outs as spaces are leased.
Positioned just north of Interstate 12, the development benefits from strong visibility, convenient access, and a high-traffic location serving both local customers and visitors traveling through the Highway 190 corridor. The completed project gives Lavigne Development Group an adaptable commercial property that can respond to changing tenant needs over time while maintaining a consistent architectural presence along one of Covington's primary commercial corridors.
